RIJEKA, KOSTRENA - beautiful villa for living and vacation

RIJEKA, KOSTRENA - Beautiful villa for living and vacation Kostrena is an old popular seaside town, first mentioned in the early 15th century. It is divided into two parts, St. Lucia and St. Barbara, according to the names of two churches that exist in its area. Kostrena is located in the immediate vicinity of the city of Rijeka, framed by the Martinšćica Bay and the Bakar Bay. Our Kostrena peninsula is about 10 kilometers long and gently slopes towards the sea coast. Along its entire length, there are beautiful beaches that are visited by thousands of swimmers during the summer. The most famous and most visited are those in the Žurkovo Bay, then Smokvinovo, Svežanj, Spužvina, Podražica, Nova voda and Perilo. A characteristic karst area with Mediterranean plants and the famous Kostrena gromača, and a mild climate that sometimes gives way to strong gusts of the bora wind, are the characteristics of this area. We offer for sale an exclusive, detached, modern villa located in a fashionable part of Kostrena, close to the sea. This exceptional property consists of three residential or apartment units, depending on whether it is used for living or tourism. The rooms of the two residential units can easily be converted into fitness rooms, study rooms, etc. and attached to the apartment. The central residential unit is a two-story apartment with a large living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining room. The living room communicates wonderfully with the beautiful south-facing terrace, where the beautiful infinity pool with sunbathing areas stands out. From the living room, stairs lead up to the first floor where there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room and a drying room. On the ground floor of the villa we also have a studio apartment with a separate entrance, a separate kitchen and dining room, a bathroom and two smaller terraces. On the first floor there is a third residential unit, which you reach by a separate staircase and here we have a living room with an open kitchen and dining room and a room with its own bathroom. Daylight penetrates through the balcony doors and creates an airy atmosphere. A cozy bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom complete the apartment. All rooms in the villa have their own air conditioning for heating and cooling, and there is underfloor heating in the bathrooms and living areas. It is also important to note that the roof is walkable if someone wants to use it. In addition to these three apartments, in the basement of the villa we have a large garage, a children's playroom and another bathroom and a machine room for the pool. Next to the machine room for the pool in the basement (it is not a basement but above ground) is another machine room with a water tank for solar heating of hot water. In addition to residential purposes, the villa can also be used for tourist rental, for two or more families. A UNIQUE PROPERTY WORTH ATTENTION IN A GREAT LOCATION!!!
