Marina, Holiday home in the first row to the sea for sale

This rare and beautiful property is located right by the sea in a quiet bay not far from the village of Marina. On a spacious plot of 1360 m2 there are two residential buildings, the main and auxiliary. The main building is a beautifully decorated 50 m2 single-storey house with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and a dining room. The house opens onto a beautiful covered terrace with a dining area and a stone-paved barbecue. The auxiliary building of 25 m2 is a small studio apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. On this spacious, regular-shaped plot there is also enough space to park several cars. The garden is beautifully landscaped and planted with typical Mediterranean plants. A stone-paved path on the plot leads directly to the coast and the sea. The property is being sold fully furnished and equipped. Since this part of the village still doesn't have electricity and water, this property has a large cistern that supplies it with water, and solar panels are installed on the roof to supply electricity. A septic tank is used for wastewater disposal. This property is ideal for those seeking maximum privacy, peace and a stay in untouched nature. Although it is located in a more isolated area, in nearby villages you can find amenities such as shops, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies.. It is only 10 km from the village Marina, 23 km from Trogir city center, and 28 km from Split Airport.
