Building land with building permit

Just one kilometer from the sea, in the charming Šolta village of Grohote, a building land is for sale. A 667m2 plot is for sale, which is accessed by an asphalt road. The land has a building permit for the construction of a 103m2 residential building. The land already has parking for two vehicles, an unused septic tank, an old well and fruit trees. The land is flat, regular in shape and has great potential for use.
