Two tourist units in the city center

We are mediating the sale of real estate located in the very center of the city. It is located on the ground floor of a small residential building, a minute’s walk from the Riva, Peristil, Diocletian’s Palace. The living space of 45 m2 is decorated and categorized as two rooms. Each room has its own bathroom while they share a common entrance, hallway and kitchenette. The rooms are fully equipped and air-conditioned. A thorough renovation, including installations, ceramics and floors, was carried out in 2016. The advantage of the property is its excellent location and established business in the tourism industry.
