House in the very center of Milna, Brac

We mediate the sale of a house in the very center of Milna, 50 meters from the sea, on the island of Brac. The house extends over four levels; ground floor, upper ground floor, first floor and attic. It has a total gross area of 324 m2 and a net usable area of 243 m2. It also has a spacious garden with typical Mediterranean plants measuring 180 m2, which is located at the back of the house. The house consists of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The property can be accessed from two sides, but as it is in the very center of the town, the streets are narrow. Given the excellent location of the property, all amenities such as shops, restaurants, beaches are nearby, which makes it an excellent choice for investment for tourist purposes, or as your own vacation property. The house, however, needs additional investment, including a complete renovation of the property.
