Two-bedroom apartment near the sea, Podgora

We are mediating the sale of a beautiful, spacious and exceptionally well-equipped apartment in a small villa in a location that is only 120m away from the sea. This apartment is on the 1st floor, and the building also has a ground floor, second and third floors. The apartment area is 63.77 m2, and the apartment itself offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with a kitchen. From this part there is an exit to a charming loggia with a beautiful view of the sea, islands and Podgora. The villa is built to an exceptionally high standard (top-notch insulation, excellent ceramics and sanitary ware, cherry wood interior doors, terracotta floors, air conditioners from a proven manufacturer, alarm monitoring system, etc.), and the renovation was recently completed with a change of furniture. For this reason, the general impression of the apartment is very bright, sunny and superbly equipped. For an additional fee of €20,000, it is possible to secure an outdoor parking space. As part of the aforementioned renovation, solar panels were installed on the villa, which allows for significant cost savings. This rare offer below the main road, close to the sea and all necessary amenities (shops, restaurants and the beach are a few minutes' walk away) is an ideal opportunity to continue the rental business, but also as an excellent choice for a family vacation. Ownership is in order.
