Passive house represents the highest energy efficiency construction standard, designed by the renowned Passive House Institute from Darmstadt. This construction system allows for minimal energy consumption with an exceptional level of comfort, regardless of whether it is a family home, commercial building, school or hospital. In such buildings, there are no cold surfaces, excess moisture or stagnant air – fresh, filtered air constantly circulates, creating an optimal indoor climate. In addition, thanks to advanced heating, cooling and ventilation systems, passive houses are extremely quiet and energy efficient. Key advantages of passive houses: - Constant supply of fresh and filtered air in all rooms. - Uniform surface temperature, ensuring lasting comfort. - Superior thermal insulation without thermal bridges. - Air-tight construction, preventing energy loss. - Quiet and comfortable spaces thanks to sophisticated insulation and ventilation. - Heating using a Samsung multisplit system with cassette air conditioners. - Innovative cooling without unpleasant blowing, thanks to Samsung WindFree technology. - Constantly available hot water, thanks to a top-of-the-line Stiebel Eltron heat pump. - Smart pool management from the comfort of your home with minimal energy consumption. With its advanced systems, the Passive House ensures minimal energy costs – the estimated annual expenditure is only 1,500 euros. Passive House certification includes a detailed check of all technical aspects, models and performance, and upon completion of construction, the facility receives an official certificate and is entered into the global Passive House database, confirming its high energy efficiency.
