House Velići, Vižinada, 198,97m2

The municipality of Vižinada is one of the most wine-producing regions in Croatia, with more than a million planted vines, and its winemakers have been winning numerous medals and awards for their wines for years. In a small village in the municipality of Vižinada, we received a terraced house for renovation. The house consists of a ground floor with a large tavern and a cistern, a first floor with a kitchen, living room and bathroom, and on the second floor we have a hallway and two rooms and a large terrace. The heating is classic, the house has two chimneys and air conditioning. The roof was renovated a few years ago. Along with the house, there is also a 44m2 outbuilding and a tavern with a LIŠERA fireplace, which is approximately 15m2. Proper ownership. For more information and a viewing, call the agent.
