Sale of construction land with building permit along the Dubrovnik River

From the Libertas Homes offer, we present an attractive building plot with a valid building permit, located in a peaceful and residential area of Stara Mokošica, just a few minutes drive from Dubrovnik. The land has a total area of 1021.37 m² and is divided into three plots: 277.80 m², 222 m², and 521.47 m². On each plot, it is possible to build a house according to the existing building permit. The project foresees the construction of three modern residential buildings with flat roofs. Each house would have three floors and would cover approximately 288 m². The project includes three buildings, divided into a basement, ground floor, and first floor. In the basement, two garage spaces and a storage room are planned. The ground floor will contain a spacious two-bedroom apartment of 92 m², which includes two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, and loggia. The first floor also features a two-bedroom apartment of 92 m², with the same functionality as the ground floor apartment, including two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, and loggia. Construction works have already been registered, and utility fees have been paid, allowing for a quick start of construction.
