Rogoznica: Building plot in the second row to the sea with project for two villas with pool

This 1,834 m2 building plot is located in the second row to the sea, in a quiet location, on the edge of the local development area. There is already an approved project for the construction of two villas, each with an approximately 27 m2 infinity pool. Both houses are designed almost identically. Both villas each have approx. 255 m2 of living space, spread over three floors with an additional, partly covered 180 m2 of balconies and terraces. Planned are three large bedrooms with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom, a study room, a fitness room, a living room, a kitchen, a dining area, several storage rooms, a laundry room and a guest toilet. There is also a 34 m2 double garage and two outdoor parking spaces. Water tanks with a capacity of 75 m3 ensure that the house is supplied with water. The property is located opposite the well-known harbor “Marina Frapa Rogoznica”. It has an unobstructed panoramic sea view, even from the ground floor or the terrace, due to the steep hillside location and the fact that the house in the first row has already been newly built. A private concrete staircase leads down to the sea, where there are few tourists even in season. There is an access road, but it needs to be built as part of the construction work. The municipality has already granted permission for this. The property faces west. Distances: Sea: 70 m - Beach Bar: 700 m - Supermarket: 5 km - Trogir: 25 km - Split airport: 32 km.
