Unique position land in nature, surrounded by forest, Istria, Poreč

On the west coast of Istria, the town of Poreč is one of the most picturesque pearls in the Adriatic Sea. The relatively small peninsula where the city grew, which bears witness to the multiple political, social, and ethnic changes that this Istrian city has undergone throughout its history, is evidence of the meeting of the Slavic, Romanesque and Germanic worlds. It is a property land of 16,637 m2 that includes 1,900 m2 of development space. It is available for building the Istrian station, ranch with horses, olive grove, a stone mansion with pool or other structures at the owner's discretion. You may immediately apply for a building permit and begin construction because the property is situated in an undeveloped landscaped development zone. Nearby is a road that leads to the property and electricity, water, and phone. In the middle of everything, yet disconnected from the craziness and crowds. Experience a complete change and be stunned by the magnificence of natural untouchedness. The land is for sale in a tiny community between Porec and Motovun. The property is in a lovely position, with fantastic views and a genuine paradise for nature enthusiasts, and is situated in a peaceful area far from the community. This is a chance for people who want to build their vacation complex. The area is 15 minutes from the sea and close to everything else (despite being removed from the summer bustle). As a result, it is one of Istria's most tranquil areas. Distance to Porec and the sea is about 20 km - 15 minutes drive, to Pazin 10 km, to Motovun 6 km, to the main road leads a gravel road about 2 km.
