Medulin municipality is a coastal municipality located south of the Istrian peninsula, with an area of 29.35 km2, with about 6,500 inhabitants in eight settlements situated mainly along the coast. These are Medulin, Premantura, Banjole, Pomer, Vinkuran, Vintijan, Valbonaša and Pješčana Uvala. A detached house with a living space of 250 m2 and a yard area of 1,350 m2, 1st row to the beach with a sea view. A kitchen, a dining room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchenette, and an outdoor toilet are all part of the villa. Because it is 10 meters from the beach and sea, yet has privacy and is challenging to find, this property's location is indeed a rarity.
