Building plot with conceptual solution, Brac

We mediate in the sale of land with a conceptual solution in a beautiful bay in the municipality of Nerezisca on the island of Brac. It is a building plot measuring 897 m2 and enjoying a beautiful sea view. The plot has an access road, water is currently supplied from a reservoir and electricity is generated with the help of solar panels. The property is located about 30 minutes’ drive from Supetar, where the main ferry port is, from where you can be in Split in about an hour. In addition, a great advantage of the property is its quiet location, which, with the implementation of the conceptual design, can result in an excellent property for your own vacation or rental. Ownership is in order.
