Pješčana uvala, ground floor apartment, luxury new building

In the village of Pješčana Uvala, which was named after the beautiful sandy bay, there is a marina and a sand-pebble beach that is ideal for small children due to the gentle entrance to the crystal clear sea. Along the coast there is a promenade with numerous catering facilities and various tourist attractions. Right here, 450 meters from the beach, we offer a new construction project, consisting of two buildings A and B (6 apartments in total). The aforementioned apartment marked "A1" is located on the ground floor of the building B, and consists of an entrance hall, open space living room with kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom and covered terrace. The apartment has a storage room, part of the garden of about 100 m2, and one parking space. With carefully selected materials, ALU-PVC joinery with mosquito nets and electric shutters, underfloor electric heating and air conditioning in the bedrooms, the property has great potential, whether it is a place to live or use for tourist rental purposes, thanks to all of the above. The buyer is exempt from paying real estate tax. The planned completion of the works is the 9/2025. We are at your disposal for more information.
