Pješčana uvala, apartment on the 2 st floor, luxury new building

In the village of Pješčana Uvala, which was named after the beautiful sandy bay, there is a marina and a sand-pebble beach that is ideal for small children due to the gentle entrance to the crystal clear sea. Along the coast there is a promenade with numerous catering facilities and various tourist attractions. Right here, 450 meters from the beach, we offer a new construction project, consisting of two buildings A and B (6 apartments in total). The aforementioned apartment marked "A3" is located on the second floor of the building B, and consists of an entrance hall, open space living room with kitchen and dining room, three bedrooms (one of which has its own bathroom), bathroom, utility room and covered terrace. The apartment also includes a storage room located on the ground floor of the building, and 2 parking spaces. With carefully selected materials, ALU-PVC carpentry with mosquito nets and electric blinds, electric underfloor heating and air conditioning in the bedrooms, the building has great potential, whether it is a place to live or used for tourist rental, thanks to all of the above. The buyer is exempt from paying real estate sales tax. The planned completion of the works is the 9/2025. We are at your disposal for more information. We are at your disposal for more information.
