Medulin, large building plot in an exceptional location - part of Mukalba

Medulin is located on the southern tip of Istria and is regularly ranked among the twenty most famous tourist destinations on the Croatian Adriatic coast. From a once fishing town just 8 km from Pula, Medulin has developed into a place where everything is subordinated to tourism - from facilities and events to accommodation. Medulin is also an excellent choice for those looking for a quiet retreat close to the main facilities such as shops, doctors, banks and post offices that are open all year round. In the newly built part of Medulin, the part called Mukalba, a large building plot of 2348m2 is for sale. The plot can be divided into smaller plots - there is a preliminary geodetic survey of the plot division. Construction is possible on the ground floor + first floor, each house with 3 apartments. The distance from the beach and the sea is 300m. From the first floor there would be a view of the sea and the bell towers of the Medulin church. Electricity is available to the plot, and water is already ready for connection at the border. In the Mukalba area there are beautiful modern houses and villas, and this plot offers the possibility of building a villa with a swimming pool or a building with apartments. Clear ownership, 1/1.
