Malinska, Krk Island, new construction, semi-detached house, sea view, garden, for sale

Malinska, new construction, great location, semi-detached house. Malinska, island of Krk, offers an attractive semi-detached house with a modern design. The location, 500 m from the sea and beach, is a special advantage because the residential zone is quiet yet easily accessible from the center. Across 120 m2 of living space, the house is arranged over the ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor, the open-plan living area with kitchen and dining room is located, and in front of this space there is a covered terrace, storage rooms, and a bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom. The master bedroom opens onto a covered terrace with sea view, as well as a utility room and hallway. By agreement, a 30 m2 swimming pool will be built on the landscaped yard of approx. 140 m2 with a sunbathing area and machine room. Construction will take place during 2025-2026, and high-quality materials and equipment are planned (multi-split air conditioning, parquet in the bedrooms, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, hallway and ground floor, Italian ceramics, PVC joinery, electric roller shutter lifts, anti-burglary doors, 10 cm insulation) as well as preparation for solar panels. The yard includes parking and maneuvering space for two cars. An excellent opportunity to invest in a completely new home by the sea.
