Medulin, once a fishing town, and today a modern tourist town and one of the most important tourist destinations in Croatia. Right in Medulin, in a quiet location, we are selling a house with 4 apartments with a well-established long-term tourist rental. The quality-built and well-maintained detached house covers 500m2 of living space distributed through the ground floor and first floor. In a great location, this house is a 15-minute easy walk to the beaches, while all essential amenities are within walking distance. On the ground floor there are 3 fully furnished apartments, one apartment for 4 people and two apartments for two people. Each apartment has its own terrace with a view of the garden and air conditioning. On the first floor there is a large apartment of 150m2 with a view of the garden and the pool. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large living room, kitchen and dining room and 2 balconies. This apartment is rented for 10 people. The yard is nicely landscaped, where there is enough space to park several cars. In the garden there is also a large swimming pool (8x4m), a place with a barbecue and an auxiliary facility that serves as a tool room. The house is equipped with air conditioners for summer days, and there are two chimneys for solid fuel heating during the winter months. It is sold fully furnished, and is ideal as an investment for rent because the future owner can take over the already well-established long-term business of tourism.
