Brac, house for sale, 750.000 €

Unique property in a fantastic location. Construction of a magnificent edition has begun for all those who want to enjoy nature far from everything with a beautiful and open view of the sea and mountains. The house is being sold in an unfinished state. It has all the documents and plans as well as the idea of the final project. Two residential buildings have been built, which are connected by a terrace and a swimming pool in the middle. According to the project, building A has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and 2 bathrooms are in building B. Building A has approximately 150 m2 of living space (inside), 221 m2 of outdoor space and 78 m2 of basement with underground garage. Building B has slightly less than approximately 100 m2 of living space (inside), and 285 m2 of outdoor space. The entire property is 11,355 m2 in size. It is fenced with a hand-built drywall and has 2 gates. The property is being sold in an unfinished state of construction with an existing project. The building law has been tightened so that buying such a large agricultural land is no longer practically possible, and obtaining a building permit is subject to stricter restrictions, so this is a truly unique opportunity. The advantage of this property is its close proximity to Brač airport.
