House Premantura, Medulin, 257,93m2

TWO DETACHED HOUSES IN A QUIET LOCATION WITH SEA VIEW Premantura is an experience, not one of the vacation spots that can boast of Cape Kamenjak – a protected landscape 9.5 kilometers long, about 1.5 kilometers wide with a total of 30 kilometers of indented coastline. The sea is nowhere else of such a blue-green color, as clean as in this extreme south of Istria. Right in this little blue-green paradise, we offer 2 detached houses in the renovation phase on a plot of 799m2. The houses are sold in this stage of construction and allow the future owners to finish them according to their taste. Utilities for the house and connection to the sewage system have been paid, and electricity and water are in front of the plot.
