A new complex of houses with a swimming pool, garden and parking is for sale. The houses are located on a plot of 700 m2, which, due to its position, offers an open view of the sea. Each house is spread over two floors of living space, both of which have a roof terrace with a jacuzzi. The houses consist of three bedrooms and three bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room with access to the sun deck and pool. Each house has at least one outdoor parking space, while each offers an open sea view. The location is great for holiday use, but also for everyday life due to the access and distance from the sea, the city center and all essential amenities.
