On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a bathroom, a bedroom with its own bathroom, a pantry, a kitchen with a dining room and a spacious and comfortable living room with access to a covered terrace. The first floor of the house is connected by an internal staircase, and there are three bedrooms with bathrooms on the first floor, and two bedrooms have their own balconies and an additional bathroom for everyone. The house can boast of high-quality construction, modern floor coverings and sanitary facilities, electric underfloor heating, air conditioning, swimming pool, large garden, barbecue and quiet location. The house is still under construction, and in the pictures you can see from the neighboring villa what the house will look like when it is finished. Completion of the works is scheduled for September 2024. We would also like to emphasize that this house is also ideal for seasonal rental as a "vacation house", because such houses are in high demand and the investment can be returned very quickly.
