Poreč, surroundings, Building land with building permit We are selling a beautiful plot of land on the edge of a charming small village in the vicinity of Poreč, only 15 km from the city and the sea. Located on a slightly elevated position, the land is oriented towards the southwest, which provides an ideal amount of natural light throughout the day. With an area of 988 m², the land has already obtained planning permission for the construction of a modern, detached house with a net area of 162 m² - perfect for creating your family oasis or luxury villa for tourist rental. Municipal contributions in the amount of 13,000 euros have been paid, which means that the land is ready for construction. At the edge of the plot there is a water shaft for connection to the network, and since the settlement does not currently have a sewage network, it will be necessary to build a septic tank.
