House in the city center with a sea view

A unique property located in the old part of Šibenik near the fortress of St. Michaelmas. The house is located in an attractive location 70m from the Riva, on a hill with a fenced yard with an open view of the sea. The house itself is of recent construction, spread over two floors that are connected to each other by an internal staircase: – On the ground floor there is a hallway, a bathroom, a storage room, a study and a living room with a kitchen and a dining room that has direct communication with the outdoor terrace and the entire yard. – On the first floor there is an entrance hall, a toilet, a large double bedroom and an additional room with a separate entrance where all the installations for conversion into a smaller guest apartment have been carried out. In the yard there is a summer kitchen and plenty of corners for dining and resting. Cultivated with plenty of planted Mediterranean plants, it is dominated by a large century-old white gorse tree that creates a large natural shade in the summer months. Quiet location, close to all amenities, shops, restaurants and city beaches.
