Land Sveti Petar u Šumi, Sveti Petar U Šumi, 1.975m2

Istria Attractive Building Plot 1975 m²! We are mediating the sale of an attractive building plot located in the very heart of beautiful Istria. It is just a few minutes' drive from the old town of Pazin, and about the same distance from Sveti Petar u Šumi and Žminj. The land is in close proximity to the Istrian Ypsilon and covers 1975 m². The terrain is flat and quite regular in shape, making potential parceling easier. Water and electricity are less than 50 meters away from the plot. This building land has great potential and a special charm, and we warmly recommend it! Pazin is the administrative center of the Istrian County and, due to its central location and importance, earned the title "Heart of Istria" as early as the 19th century. If you didn't know, the fascinating image of the medieval Pazin fortress – Kaštel, perched above a 130 m deep abyss where the Pazinčica river flows into the Pazin Cave, also inspired the famous French writer Jules Verne. A part of his novel Mathias Sandorf, published in 1885, takes place in this setting. An abundance of taverns and restaurants, hiking trails, cultural monuments, and wineries are just additional reasons to invest in this increasingly attractive part of Istria.
