Building land with a sea view

In one of the most attractive bays on the southern side of the island of Korčula, there is a building plot for sale near the sea. The land is 340 m2, 50 meters from the sea, with an open sea view. The land has vehicular access, and the infrastructure is in the immediate vicinity. It is ideal for building a villa or a building with 3 residential units that will be enjoyed during the summer days, and due to the proximity of Vela Luka, the stay would be pleasant even during the winter days.
