Stone house in the center

A stone house with 6 apartments in the city center is for sale. The house is located on a plot of 185 m2, while the living area of the property is 290 m2. The house extends over four floors consisting of a total of 6 apartments and one room. On the first and second floor there are two apartments on each floor, while on the ground floor and the attic there are two larger apartments that extend over the entire floor. The advantage of this property is that most properties in the city center do not have a courtyard and garden, while this property has as many as 3 separate terraces, two on the ground floor, one on the first floor with a view. The house was completely renovated in 2021 and has been very well maintained since then with excellent reviews on all rental platforms.
