A spacious building plot near the sea with a view

A spacious building plot, located in one of the most attractive positions on the northern side of the island of Hvar, near the sea. With a total area of 4371 m2 and a neat rectangular shape, the land is positioned on a terrain with a slight slope, which allows future buildings to have an open view of the sea. The owners have a conceptual project for the construction of several luxury villas with a swimming pool. All infrastructure is located on the field, while all additional facilities needed for a carefree stay (restaurants, shops…) are located not far from the field. Considering the position itself and the high-quality terrain configuration, the land represents an investment with great potential, whether for private or business purposes. There is an option to buy only part of the land.
