House Bribir, Vinodolska Općina, 118m2

We are selling an adapted house with two apartments. Each apartment has a separate entrance and its own terrace. On the ground floor there is a smaller apartment 1 Bedroom + Bathroom of 55 m2 and on the first floor 2 Bedrooms + Bathroom of 70 m2. There is no facade on the house, and the roof needs to be made, which is currently a flat slab, since the permit for the construction of another floor is pending, if someone wants it. Along with the house, the plot of land where the construction of the swimming pool has started is also for sale. There is space for three parking spaces in the garden.
