Land (877m2) - Sveta Jana

We are selling a building plot of 877 sqm in Sveta Jana. Width by the road is approx. 26 m, and the depth is approx. 35 m. The terrain is slightly sloped - ideal for building a facility without cellar. Great opportunity for all those looking for peace and tranquility since there are only a few family houses nearby, and the view from the plot is beautiful, towards the top of Japetić and the surrounding vineyards. Sveta Jana spa (natural pool), situated at a distance of only around 1 km, is a place where many residents seek refreshment from the heat during the summer months. Nearby there is the Jana mineral water bottling plant, and Zagreb is approximately 40 kilometers away.
