House Vodice, Lanišće, 350m2

Opportunity in Istria Čičarija - 2 Stone Houses! On the green slopes of Učka, in a small and peaceful village at an altitude of 660 meters, two stone houses are available for sale. Both stone houses are located on a 350 m² plot, and they are not connected to each other or to any other houses. The main house has a footprint of 60 m², while the auxiliary building covers approximately 30 m². Both houses have brand-new roofs and new gutter systems. In the main house, the wooden inter-floor structure has been removed, and it is awaiting the installation of a concrete slab.
