NEW ON OFFER !! Great house for tourist rental! House with 6 apartments for sale in Metajna on the island of Pag. The house is 250m from the sea. The house has a beautiful view of the sea, and consists of a basement, ground floor and first floor, with a total area of 350 m2 and was renovated in 2017. There is also a swimming pool with a sunbathing area on the large garden. Parking Metajna is located in the northeastern part of the island of Pag in the bay of the same name and 12 km from Novalja - the center of the northern part of the island. This small place will surprise you with its vividness. In Metajna, the natural rockiness of the island's landscape is decorated with the scent of aromatic plants - the staple food of the numerous sheep that freely graze here during the summer months. What you will remember Metajna for are the beaches that are hard to compete with in terms of beauty: Ručica and Beritnica beaches. From the pebbly Ručica there is a view of the town of Pag, and it can be reached by walking through the Canyon - an attractive area due to the contrast created by the greenery in its middle and the bare stone hills that frame it. Irresistible scents of plants and sea, bright sun and warm breeze will complete the feeling of being in the heart of the Mediterranean. Gourmets will especially enjoy Metajna - Pag cheese and lamb, grapes and figs, freshly caught fish and shellfish, Prosecco and Komovica - you won't miss anything.
