Tribunj, building plot, 600 m from the sea

A building plot of 1925 m2 is for sale in Tribunj, only 600 m from the sea. The plot is of regular shape, dimensions 20x80 m. The center of Tribunj is about 20 minutes' walk away. Tribunj is a small Dalmatian town and port in the middle Adriatic. Although it has turned to tourism in recent decades, it still retains the charm of a small and authentic Dalmatian town. The old core of Tribunj with its characteristic stone houses is located on an islet connected to the mainland by a stone bridge. Tribunj has two city beaches and a built promenade to Sovlje on one side and nearby Vodice on the other. In the hinterland there are well-maintained hiking and cycling trails. Tribunj has a diverse catering offer, and considering the large fishing fleet, the restaurants offer always fresh fish. The Krka and Kornati national parks are nearby, as well as the city of Sibenik, and the airport is only an hour's drive away. Contact our agent and schedule your tour.
