House Rovinj, 150m2

We are selling a typical autochthonous house on a former island, in an ideal position in the old town, close to all amenities, but in a quiet and picturesque street. The house has four floors, each 29 m2 - on the ground floor, in the nature of the first floor, there is a kitchen and dining room and a guest toilet, on the second floor there is a living room, while on the third floor there is a bedroom with its own bathroom, and in the attic there is another one smaller bedroom with access to the terrace with a beautiful view of the sea, the bell tower of Saint Euphemia and the red roofs. The house also has a studio, also about 30 m2 with its own modern bathroom. The house is decorated in a modern style, but the typical elements of Rovinj stone houses have been kept, which give it a special charm. A unique property on the market.
