A large building plot of land in in the center of Buzet

Buzet is a city that is significant for its cultural heritage, increasingly developed tourist offer, and also as a very important traffic location. In the old days, Buzet was the entry point for the whole of Istria and Kvarner, and it has retained a large part of it - and now more than 20% of tourists pass through the Sočerg border crossing during the season. Which this year again opens freight traffic, which gives the whole story even more importance. Right next to the city center there is a roundabout from which you can reach Kopar in 30 minutes and Rijeka, Novigrad or Trieste in 45 minutes. And there is also a large plot of land with a regular shape that we present to you and which offers a handful of possibilities and represents a great opportunity for serious investors. Since there was a tennis court there before, you can open a new tennis center, you can also build a very popular padel center, a mini-soccer court or something completely different. There is also a building-business object on the land with its 91 m2, which can be upgraded in height. We invite serious people with ideas and resources to take a look and together we will see if this land corresponds to your far-reaching plans.
