House Banjole, Medulin, 227m2

A beautiful house with a well-established restaurant! On the beautiful green peninsula, which is kissed by the crystal clear sea, there was once a small fishing village of Banjole. Due to its location, beautiful pine forests and naturally protected harbor, Banjole has been much more than a small fishing village for years, Banjole is a highly sought-after tourist destination. The place is a very attractive destination for the younger population who are eager for an active vacation and a good time, but also for the older population who can enjoy nature, clean sea and air, as well as a very good gastronomic offer. As the people of Banjo have always been connected to the sea and fishing, the place can boast of an extremely high-quality gastronomic offer. Today, almost all residents of this small town are engaged in tourism or activities closely related to tourism. At the entrance to the village there is a beautiful house with a restaurant that will surely meet all your expectations. The biggest advantage of this property is the catering facility, which can accommodate approximately one hundred people and is located on the ground floor of the house. The area of the premises with one spacious closed terrace is 140 m². The restaurant also has a spacious covered terrace of 130 m², which is located on a beautifully landscaped garden, thanks to which the stay on the terrace is very pleasant and intimate. The restaurant has a smaller equipped kitchen and several smaller storage areas. In principle, the premises are equipped with everything necessary and ready for operation. On the first floor there is a studio apartment of 24 m² and an apartment of 56 m². The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a bedroom, a smaller bedroom with a gallery, a bathroom and a terrace with a view of the sea. The house has a lot of potential and it is definitely worth taking the time to see what it has to offer. If someone does not want to deal with catering, he has the option to convert the restaurant into a residential area and build a swimming pool.
