Building plot for a house with a swimming pool

Building land for sale in the vicinity of Baderna near Poreč, with a building permit for a double building and paid utilities. The field is located in a small quiet place 8 km from Baderna and 20 km from Poreč and the beaches. The project follows traditional construction with elements of modern architecture, which is very interesting for the Istrian peninsula and a small Istrian village. The project was designed so that the facilities have a lot of privacy, the pools are spaced apart, which allows for privacy. Already from the field there is a view of the sea. Each house has approximately 150 m2, and the entire plot is 1291 m2. The houses each have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One bedroom is on the ground floor, and 2 bedrooms are upstairs.
