Two furnished villas 60m from the sea, Rogoznica

For sale are two beautiful villas located in Rogoznica, just a few steps from the sea and a pebble beach. The villas are fully equipped and furnished and only high-quality materials were used in the process: wood, Italian ceramics, sanitary ware and shower cabins. Both villas are located on a plot with a total area of over 1000m2. One of the villas has a total area of 242m2 spreading over three floors. On the ground floor of the house there is an apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with a kitchen, a terrace and a separate entrance. On the first and second floor there is a second, two-story apartment with four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room and a kitchen. Each of the floors has beautiful spacious terraces with a beautiful view of the sea. The villas have automatic blinds and mosquito nets, video surveillance, underfloor heating – all this allows you to stay in the house all year round. Next to this villa there is an auxiliary building with a barbecue, with a functional roof planted with Mediterranean vegetation. The grill is completely closed with sliding glass that can be opened, so the grill is ideal for use in winter and summer. The second villa has 300 m2 of living space and it consists of four levels. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, a laundry room, a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with a large dining room leading to a terrace and a garden with a swimming pool. Internal stairs lead to the wine cellar. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with their own bathrooms. On the second floor there is a master bedroom with a round bed (220x220), a sitting area and a small kitchenette. Within the garden there is a large parking lot for 6 cars, which is currently organized as a common parking lot for both villas. Due to their beauty and excellent location near beaches and facilities, the villas are successfully used for tourist rental, and would also be ideal as private properties. Ownership in order.
