Newly built house for sale Brac

We mediate the sale of a beautiful newly-built house on the island of Brac, located at a distance of about 100 meters from the beautiful sea. The area of the house is 150 m2, and the surface of the plot on which it is placed is 300 m2. The ground floor of the house contains a wonderfully equipped and designed living area and a toilet/laundry room. On the first floor of the house there are 4 bedrooms (each with a private balcony) and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. There is a view of the sea from the first floor. The special advantage of this property is its beautiful green garden and the entire environment in which it is located - right next to a small forest. The yard contains several pleasant separate lounge zones, with shade. There is also a possibility to set up a swimming pool. The house is sold fully furnished and equipped as shown in the pictures, which is a great advantage.
