Building plot with sea view

A spacious building plot with a view of the sea, located on the southern side of the island of Vis, with a total area of 2500 m2. The land has a neat rectangular shape and has excellent access from the main road, and is located within the boundaries of the undeveloped part of the construction area of the settlement in the mixed-use zone. There are only a few neighbors nearby, while the terrain itself is surrounded by a pine forest. The terrian offers a beautiful open view of the sea. Considering the large area and the very position of the property, this offer represents an investment with a lot of potential. In addition to this land, it is possible to buy an additional 11,500 m2 of agricultural land located not far from this land.
