Tisno is located partly on the mainland and partly on the island of Murter, and it got its name from the strait between the mainland and the island. The mainland and the island of Murter are connected by a drawbridge, which gives it a great advantage over the other islands. Tisno is a distinctive Dalmatian settlement shaped by stone houses and castles, spacious squares and lush Mediterranean vegetation. It is also decorated with a long waterfront enriched with catering establishments, such as cafes, taverns and restaurants. Contact our agent and schedule your tour.
