Tisno, a beautiful stone house with a courtyard, first row to the sea

In Tisno, on the island of Murter, a beautiful stone house with a courtyard is for sale, first row to the sea. It is located in the very center of the old part of the town, only about 10 meters from the sea. Apart from its impeccable decoration, this house also stands out among other properties with its own parking lot, which is a real rarity in the old city centers. The 100-year-old house has recently been completely renovated and is ready to move into, either as your own holiday home or as an investment for tourist rental. The house consists of ground and first floor. The ground floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, pantry and a covered terrace. A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms, each with a gallery space and a bathroom. One of the rooms has access to a terrace with a view of the sea. In the courtyard there is an uncovered terrace with a shower and a parking lot. Shops, restaurants and other facilities are located in the immediate vicinity. Tisno is located partly on the mainland and partly on the island of Murter, and it got its name from the strait between the mainland and the island. The mainland and the island of Murter are connected by a drawbridge, which gives it a great advantage over the other islands. Tisno is a distinctive Dalmatian settlement shaped by stone houses and narrow streets, spacious squares and lush Mediterranean vegetation. It is also decorated with a long waterfront enriched with catering establishments, such as cafes, taverns and restaurants. Contact our agent and schedule your tour.
