Svetvinčenat, impressive antiquity, worthy of attention and sightseeing!

Beautiful antique for sale near Svetvinčent. It is an old stone house, with a large floor plan of almost 180 m2, and it is spread over two floors (ground floor and first floor) + attic. A very intimate large garden, surrounded by a beautiful old wide dry stone wall with a height of 1m to 2m. There is a garden in front and behind the house, and there are several beautiful older trees. The overall impression is like a private smaller fenced park. The house includes a garage and a tavern, a separate entrance to the living area. On the first floor are rooms, very comfortable with the possibility of galleries. A beautiful barn in front of the house, a canopy for the garage part or the possibility for a beautiful tavern outside the house... The building requires a thorough and careful investment, but the potential is truly exceptional. The price of this special house is €320,000.
