House first row to the sea

House by the sea with access to the beach. The house is located on a large plot of land and extends over three floors: – On the ground floor there is a large garage of approx. 80 m2, where part of the space serves as a storage room. On this floor there is also an additional space, once a summer kitchen, today the space has been converted into a mini-gym, that is, a space for entertainment. – On the first floor there is a comfortable living room with a kitchen and dining room and an exit to the terrace with a view of the sea. There are two more rooms and two bathrooms. – On the second floor, which is reached by an internal staircase, there are four additional rooms and two bathrooms. The house itself is part of the block with the neighboring house, but privacy is not threatened. If there is a need for additional square footage, the house can also be expanded both in height (+ one floor) and in width. The yard of the house is its greatest asset, large enough and comfortable, of regular shape, it stretches all the way to the beach with direct access to it. In the yard, there is currently a swimming pool with a sunbathing area, a jacuzzi, a children’s area, mini football and other facilities. Great property by the sea with no road or road between them. In addition to the garage, the property also has 3 open parking spaces. Close to all amenities, highway, airport and larger Dalmatian centers.
