Tisno, modern two-story apartment in a new building with a roof terrace

A modern two-story apartment with a roof terrace and a garden on the ground floor is for sale in Tisno. The roof terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea. It is located in a building with only 2 apartments, vertically divided, so that the future owner gets a functional semi-detached house near the beach suitable for year-round living. The concept of the apartment is a living space on the ground floor with a garden, three bedrooms upstairs, while a large roof terrace extends over the entire third floor. On the ground floor there is an entrance area, a storage room with a central hot water boiler, a bathroom and an open-concept living area with large sliding walls facing south. An internal staircase leads to the first floor where there are three bedrooms and a second bathroom. The rooms are air-conditioned, with large windows. The staircase extends to the third floor, where there is a small roofed house from which there is access to a spacious terrace. Electricity and water are supplied to the terrace. Tisno is a place that exudes Mediterranean charm, with narrow streets surrounded by stone houses. It is the first place when you come to the island of Murter, which is one of the most attractive Adriatic destinations.
