House in a quiet bay

We mediate in the sale of land measuring 1226 m2 on which a house of 115 m2 has been built. It is located in a small, quiet bay and distanted only 125 m from the sea. The house consists of a ground floor and a first floor, which are designed as two completely separate residential units. Each housing unit has one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen and living room. It is located on a small hill so that both floors have an unobstructed view of the sea and nearby islands. The house is in a state of disrepair and additional investments are needed in order to use the maximum potential. The property is located in a small, quiet bay, and as such is ideal for those looking for peace and quiet. An unobstructed view of the sea, untouched nature and proximity to the sea are just some of the advantages that, with additional investments, can make this property a little paradise on earth.
