House Kaldanija, Buje, 180m2

Istria, Kaldanija: Interesting House with Great Potential! This very intriguing property is located in an exceptionally sought-after location, only 15 km from Umag and 13 km from Kanegra. The property consists actually of two houses (one is a very old stone house, and the other is an addition built later). The main house can be used for living immediately since it has a newer kitchen and bathroom, although both houses require complete renovation. Heating in the main house is central and runs on oil. The roof has been partially renovated a few years ago. From the upper floor and the beautiful terrace on the side of the main house, you can catch a glimpse of the sea in good weather. With a quality intervention, these two properties can be transformed into a splendid vacation home or tourist rental. Although the connected house shares a wall with the neighboring one, it retains its privacy, and the courtyard is very charming and spacious enough for a pool and landscaping. With a quality makeover, the property will shine in its full glory. Considering the location and the unique charm of this property, we see it as having great potential and warmly recommend it!
