Malinska, autochthonous Mediterranean house with swimming pool!

Malinska, for sale, renovated, authentic Mediterranean house with a swimming pool located in a peaceful area surrounded by greenery! The house was built in 1920 and was fully renovated in 2015, on a plot of 250m2. The house itself covers an area of 124m2 and consists of a basement, ground floor, first floor, second floor, and a high attic. On the ground floor, there is an entrance area, guest toilet, laundry room, kitchen, dining room, and a living room with an exit to the terrace and garden with a swimming pool and sunbathing area. On the first floor, there is 1 bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room, as well as stairs leading to the high attic, where there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. During the renovation, high-quality materials and equipment were used to provide a sense of luxury while retaining a warm homey feel. Custom-made wooden windows and doors were installed, stone and farmhouse floor coverings, underfloor heating with a heat pump, and air conditioning. Special ambiance is provided by details such as stone washbasins, wrought iron railing of the internal staircase, an indoor open fireplace in the style of a traditional hearth, bathroom fixtures that fit the concept, and selected furniture. The garden, covering 145m2, is fenced and paved with stone, featuring cascading terraces, a garden, and a pool with a sunbathing area. One of the terraces is covered and serves as a relaxation and socializing area, followed by a mini summer kitchen with a grill. The house has 2 parking spaces.
