Building plot 120m from the sea, Korcula

We mediate in the sale of construction land in one of the quietest locations on the island of Korcula, near the town of Vela Luka. The land has a regular shape and offers a beautiful view of the sea and the entire bay. Electricity is expected in the bay soon, while public water supply is not available. The land is ideal for lovers of peace and quiet because there are only a few other buildings in the bay. Ownership in order.
